Refund Policy

We are sure that you will love your purchase from The Secret Tree House but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please e-mail us at info@thesecrettreehouse.com.au to arrange for a exchange or credit note, within 14 days from date of purchase.

The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, tags and in original condition.

We do not refund, exchange or issue credit notes on sale items and gift cards.

We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control. Please let us know immediately by emailing us at info@thesecrettreehouse.com.au. Damage as a result of wear and tear is not considered to be faulty. Please ensure you follow all care instructions carefully. All returns must be pre-authorised via email prior to sending the goods back. We may ask you to send a photograph of the damaged product or return the faulty item. Once we have either received your photo or product and we have inspected we will notify you via email of either rejection or approval of your exchange. If a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the purchase price processed via your original method of payment within two to five business days.

Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and in its original condition. We recommend all returns be sent via tracked postage as The Secret Tree House is not responsible or liable for items that are lost or undelivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns (including faulty or damaged products) after 14 days of receipt.

We ship all of our items via Australia Post and take every step to ensure that you receive your item in a safe and timely matter, however we take no accountability for items that may become lost or damaged in transit.
